Online Doctor Visits

For your comfort and convenience, please consider online visits before in-person visits. Online visits may be available to you through your phone, smartphone app, or your computer, at low or no additional cost, as a benefit through your health plan. Please see below health plans that are offering this service for Medi-Cal members.

For those who have a cold, flu, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we encourage you to take advantage of this service for your safety and to protect others.

  • Sneezing
  • Sore Throat

Do not use online visits, if you experience:

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • Fatigue or exhaustion
  • Bluish lips or face

How to Sign Up

Type in the URL to download the mobile app or register through a desktop computer.

Register and complete your medical history.

Number 4

Request a physician consult.

Number 5

Have a confidential conversation with your doctor from your phone, tablet, or computer, just like you would at the office or clinic.

If needed, pick up your medicines at a local pharmacy.

You’re all set! Return to the app online for a visit any time.
